decent stay, a few minor issues

The staff was very helpful. i felt genuinely welcomed each time i passed reception. the location was great. It was a short walking distance to the main sights. the complimentary fizzy and still water along with coffee and tea was a treat.
The room was sold with air conditioning but it was more a ventilator. they say it is 19 degrees in all rooms. the air conditioning did not work properly. i asked if they had an extra ventilator to put in the small room.

a reasonably good experience
convenient location helpful staff small room missing drawers
the location was really convenient to a variety of subway stations, this made it simple to get around. the staff were kind and helpful, answering any questions i had. there was complimentary water, both sparkling and still.
the room i stayed in was quite small, it barely had enough space for me. i noticed there were no drawers near the desk or bedside table. this made it hard to store some smaller items.
